3. Frequently Asked Questions
Q. The location of the drum and app do not match!
The leftmost part of the app is Crash Cimbal. The rightmost is Ride Cimbal. Hi-hat Cimbal is the most commonly used. So I set the location like this.
It's awkward at first, but it's much easier to play once you get used to it!
Q. Hihat Cimbal is not recognized! "miss" keeps coming out!
A. There are two ways to play Hi-hat Cimbal
For bars of this color, play Close Hi-hat, playing with foot pedal pressed.
If it's this color, Play with Open Hi-hat, where you play your foot off the foot pedal.
Q. The song stopped playing! The screen froze! App stopped!
A. If you play in Arcade mode (Step) or Practice mode, the song will not proceed unless the performance is wrong or not performed. Please use a menu other than step mode.
Q. App screen is not smooth when playing!
A. If your product has low specifications, the playing screen may not be smooth. Press the FX button on the right side of the play screen to clear the effect, making it smoother.
Q. I'm using Android, but I can't connect!
Connect electronic devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs first and then turn on the electronic drum. It's recognized faster and more stable than the other way around.
If Android is connected normally, will it "allow the Moplay Smart Drum Application to access the Device? " That's the message.
You need to press "Allow" to connect normally.
If this message does not appear,
After connecting the drum and USB,
Lower the status bar on the Home screen
"Charging". Press the USB
You can select a music (midi) connection.
If you don't have this screen, the cable is not connected properly, so please check whether the cable is plugged in well to the end / the terminals and cables of smartphones and tablet PCs are plugged in well to the end. (If the cover is covered, it often does not fit to the end and cannot be connected.)
Q. Cymbal ends short without making a long sound.
Of the three cymbals, Ride and Crash are the same symbols (compatible). If you connect to the Crash Cimbal cable, you will have the Crash Cimbal function, and if you connect to the Ride Cimbal cable, you will have the Ride Cimbal function. The function depends on which cable you connect. Please connect only Hi-Hat Cimbal separately!
Look at the sticker on the back of the Cymbal and make sure it's properly seated in the Hi-hat Cymbal position! Please make sure that the pad connection cable is also connected to each seat!
Make sure the Cymbal retaining screws are tight! If the Cimbal retaining screw is tight, the signal recognition sensor may be pressed and error may occur. When playing Cymbal, the Cymbal must be able to move enough.
Make sure that the Cymbal Stand is assembled in the order of Cymbal - Sponge - Fastening screws. If the Sponge is placed under the Cimbal, the signal recognition sensor may be pressed and an error may occur.
Q. The tablet holder is small!
Pressing and pulling the button on the back of the tablet holder will stretch the top! Up to 12.9" iPad size!
If you connect the iPad and the drum is recognized normally, but there is no sound, please turn on YouTube with all the drums connected! If the YouTube sound is normal, the connection is normal! Please turn off the silent mode on the iPad!
Q. The sound of the music and the sync of the note don't match! It's off the beat!
There is a difference in Sync depending on the specifications of the electronic device you use, so we have created a Sync adjustable button at the top left of the screen you are playing.
Adjust Sync so that the "perfect" score comes out when the drum is played to the music. (usually between 0 and -3 is correct)
Q. I can't log in. ID in use is displayed!
The Moplay Smart Drum App is duplicated and cannot be logged in. If you want to use another device, log in again with the new device after [App-Setup-Logout] of the existing device.
If you delete the app without logging out, the login does not work when you reinstall it. If you don't log in, log in will be released in an hour. Please restart after waiting for a while
Please check if the network is connected.
Q. My phone keeps going down after I connect the drum and run the app!
Please check if the Android OS(above 9.0) is the latest version. If it is not the latest version(above 9.0), it is difficult to use the app smoothly. After upgrading to the latest version of the OS, please use [Run App - Log Out of Settings - Remove App - Reinstall] and use it.
Q. Do I have to register my free pass every time?
You can register your free pass number only once for the first time being!
Q. The drum doesn't make any sound!
The electronic drum does not have a built-in speaker. You need to connect the enclosed headphones or amplifiers to hear the sound.
Q. I hit the kick drum once and it makes two noises!
① If you hear the sound twice due to the rebound of the kick, adjust the angle between the pad and the bitter slightly narrower. It's good to lower the height of the Bitter.
